IT IS TIME!

The Lord Speaks to Elijah at Horeb
8So he arose and ate and drank, and went in the strength of that food forty days and forty nights to Horeb, the mountain of God. 9Then he came thereto a cave and lodged there; and behold, the word of the LORD came to him, and He said to him, "Whatare you doing here, Elijah?" 

 What are you doing here Elijah? 

 After a tremendous victory, Elijah fled in fear for his life. Why? He stood before everyone, pouring water on wood, soaking it and then He stood there and watched that wood burn! The awesome victory for Heaven, a vessel for the power and will of God and he runs in fear of his life. Elijah lost hope, faith and love. His focus shifted from God first, thou shalt have no God but me, for I am a jealous God. When we paint, write, create, we are protective of what is ours. We invested time, thought, love, dedication, you made this, it's your concept. We are jealous beings, this is why Jesus forgives 77 times 7. God asks only what He himself is prepared to do and He died for us, He sacrificed His life for us and in dying for us God experienced for do we part experience the pain of our children? Do we not long to point out alternatives to their choices because we fear for the outcome? The spear which is the Sword which we use to banish and break our attackers, for Jesus told us He is coming back as the sword and the sword of God's armor is The Word of God. Jesus says: I am the way, The truth and The life, no one comes to the father but me. This is what we ALL miss: I have come to give you a new commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you! He died for us that we may never die, but have eternal life. We not going to die. The Spirit leaves the body, a vessel for we are Spiritual beings having a physical experience. We are love. We are pure. We are divine. Jesus said: Know ye not that ye are Gods? We have been deceived. 
"Elijah, what are you doing here?" God asked.
Elijah had run back to the Mountain and run for his life. When am I going to stop running and transition from a sheep to the eagle that I am meant to be? For the Eagle is amazing, it swoops down on a snake, pressing the talons fearlessly into the back of the snake, the eagle takes to flight and from a distance drops the snake, it dies as a result from a broken back. Where are the Eagles? The prayer warriors, it is time to come out and watch over the sheep, peacemakers, prayer warriors, this is the time to get serious or go home. 
   The church must awaken from it's slumber, arise and provide for the children of God. Feed my children.

An Inside Joke

FNB (First National Bank) in South Africa decided to embark on a "don't be a Steve" 2014. In a Facebook post FNB defended themselves saying that this was an Inside Joke and not intended to offend the public.
