Wisely Patrick Clancy has taken legal action against some of the mental-health providers who treated Lindsay. January 2026 Patrick filed a wrongful-death/medical-malpractice lawsuit in Massachesetts on behalf of himself and his three children. Here are some of the grounds Patrick had for his lawsuit, however I doubt they were exposed or utilized. The most important is the fact and evidence given by the health-care providers stating under oath that Lindsay was hesitant and afraid to take her medication.
