The Incredible Karen!

 Karen originated as a Danish name, arising from the Greek word Aikaterine, which is believed to mean "pure." Kaja and Katherine are both related Danish names. In French, the name can also mean "clear," though it retains the meaning of "pure" across most other backgrounds.

In recent years, the name Karen has been adopted as a meme for entitled white women and has declined in popularity as a result.

Invert everything Crowley instructed, probably many, many before him; a name meaning Pure and Clear becomes tarnished and is twisted to become the infamous "Karens' of the world."walk among us and I am surrounded by plenty, but for the purpose of this rant, we shall focus on one "Karen"in particular. This lady is a work of art, born a Taurus, having a fun loving outlook on life, although highly intelligent and educated, she is alarmingly, obtuse! Working abroad, she finds herself involved in an African community and although she is excited to learn the local language, she lacks perception, understanding and experience. Bless her heart, karen wants to teach poor people to make toys from cereal boxes. Most of the children have never seen Cocopops, but they having cars and toys made from the cereal boxes. What a way to truly remind someone that you have nothing, less than nothing, bringing the trash from the rich to make toys for the poor. 

Yes, I have an overactive imagination and can picture the little (they) asking, mommy what is Cocopops and why don't you buy me Cocopops, Mommy, I want Cocopops and you can hear her thinking, I cannot afford your school fees and now CocoPops! 

I am a drama queen sure, but come on, would you build toys out of recycled materials for your child? Of course, you would! But would you take raw materials to the poor and teach them to make toys, so firstly they stupid, secondly your superior intelligence is captivating and then you could have gathered your friends made the toys and distributed them! I can't understand you because you actually believe Joe Biden is a great President! 

No matter what you say or do from this point on, I will stand back in silence and watch, we are all witnesses to life. We called to do better, we called to be pure, to be clear, we are not entitled. Your behavior is duly noted and my response is simply how sad that you wasted a truly golden opportunity, but so too, did I. We both loosers, no one has won or had a victory here.

An Inside Joke

FNB (First National Bank) in South Africa decided to embark on a "don't be a Steve" 2014. In a Facebook post FNB defended themselves saying that this was an Inside Joke and not intended to offend the public. Only the infamous genius whom dreamt up this concept could offer a defense, the concept is and will always be offensive, degrading and unprofessional.
