Anadarko Petroleum Corp. has reached a settlement agreement with the families of victims and survivors of last year’s deadly explosion in Firestone that was blamed on an uncapped flowline operated by the company.
Mark Martinez and his brother-in-law Joey Irwin, were killed and Martinez’s wife, Erin, and their son, Nathan, were injured when the home at 6312 Twilight Ave. exploded on April 17, 2017.
The company said the agreement resolved the claims of the Erin Martinez and her children, and Irwin’s parents, Cathy Hurtado and Joseph Irwin Jr.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed by the company. An attorney representing Erin Martinez was not immediately available for comment when his firm was reached by phone.

The lawsuit alleges Anadarko officials should have warned the shareholders they were violating the safety and environmental rules of the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, which regulates the industry. The company has declined to comment publicly on that lawsuit but is mounting a defense in federal court.

3) I suspect he was driving back to collect the Lexus Shannan's vehicle and drive it to Cervi 19 where he would have staged a fire. Shanann and Chris had a fight, distraught she drove out to Cervi 19 and there was a oil leak and an explosion killed her and the lives of her girls.

After listening to hours of interrogations, why does every investigator say in your own words and then constantly interrupt and divert thoughts and prohibit statements from being made?
Why was it allowed that an agent (Tammy Lee) put words in Christopher Lee Watt's mouth by suggesting that SW inflicted harm on her children. You can watch as he digests this and goes now there's something I hadn't considered, yes, it was Shanann who strangled the children and then I killed her out of revenge. Seriously?

August 13 The day it all exploded for Watts
Chris Watts was a very angry man when he pulled up and found a cop car outside his house. Everything was planned. What the hell was happening and what was she doing here, had he not told her, don't call the cops. He has Shanann keys, he slips them back under the matt and collects her cell phone where he had placed it. He was coming back to get her car and return to Cervi19 to stage the scene. The story was easy, Shanann wanted him back and she drove out to find him, the oil leak, the fumes, there was an explosion, it's all so sad. He tried to save them, but they got there before he could warn them that it was too dangerous to be there. he would send text messages setting the stage and placing SW at Cervi19. No one would question the explosion there was a oil leak reported, the equipment was indicating there was a fault at Cervi319. No one was supposed to be looking for Shanann. She was on a playdate with the children. They had a fight, she drove out to talk to him only he wasn't there. The shallow grave indicates it was a temporary hiding place, the sheet was left because he was due to return. But it was all going wrong and now there were police at his house. He downloaded two pictures of explosions. Loaded the gas tanks and moved his truck out of sight. There is no doubt in my mind something explosive was destined to go down at Cervi319. Did he have help? Ask Law Enforcement. The fact he went directly to the car indicates to me he removed the cell phone. He had ample time to push the phone down behind the sofa and it makes sense a teenager would look between the sofa as that's where they find most of their lost items. For every action CW took God met him with an equal and opposite action.
There was a financial expectation to be gained.
I believe that Chris Watts was in agreement to terminate the life of his wife and baby, but he wanted his girls and NK played along but eventually convinced him the girls had to go.

Unless we playing pictionary, it's pretty clear who did kill those babies because she knows their height! And she never met them but is quite able to indicate with her hands their height.

Instead of washing the sheets and replacing them on the bed as he would have done, but his mind is in chaos.
I wonder how close am I to the truth??? But we will never know because you will never find the truth in a liar.
Yes, Chris Watts wanted a new beginning, now ask yourself who spoke the most about 401K, money and who worked at Andarkco who could possibly benefit from this. First place he went was directly to the Lexus. Shanann had taught him to plan in advance, it came naturally to him now. You can't spend 8 years with someone and not pick up their habits.
But what we do know for sure is there are always more than one involved that's the thing about explosions.
