Attention Patrick Clancy

 Wisely Patrick Clancy has taken legal action against some of the mental-health providers who treated Lindsay.  

January 2026 Patrick filed a wrongful-death/medical-malpractice lawsuit in Massachesetts on behalf of himself and his three children.  

Here are some of the grounds Patrick had for his lawsuit, however I doubt they were exposed or utilized. 

The most important is the fact and evidence given by the health-care providers stating under oath that Lindsay was hesitant and afraid to take her medication.  Lindsay held off of taking her prescribed medication because this in itself is a medical condition.  As fear of leaving the house, fear of heights, fear of spiders, fear of failure.  Fear of taking medication is a recognized medical condition.  However, there is no specific name for the condition, it is not an isolated incident and is a recorded medical condition often referred to as medication anxiety, pharmacophobia or sometimes iatrophobia.  

The fear can take different forms:

Fear of side effects.

Fear of losing control

Fear of dependence or addiction

Fear of allergic reactions

Fear of changing one's body or brain function

Fear Based on previous experiences

Fear of uncertainty

Fear of taking something unnatural

Fear of swallowing tablets

This went blatantly overlooked and I spotted it immediately as I have discarded many prescriptions through fear of medication and the medication effects. Lindsay sat there and openly disclosed that she was afraid of taking the medication, more medication was prescribed.  

An alternate approach would have been to encourage Lindsay to book herself in for a period of observation while the drugs were administered to watch and record her actions. 

Don't just hand a severely distressed person a prescription and send them home. Bring them somewhere safe , observe them, educate them about the medication, monitor their response and give them immediate access to professionals if something feels wrong.  

Lindsay fear went unacknowledged.  

Then we have to look into the P.T. S. D. 

Lindsay worked as a delivery nurse and saw many deliveries, in fact Cora was named after the first baby Lindsay delivered.  Lindsay herself had incredible trauma during her births.  The mind is fragile. Lindsay defence needs to look at the manner in which the children lives were taken.  It struck me, after much reflection and contemplation, the exercise bands reflected the umbilical cord.

Dawson dressed himself for the first time, this was a very big highlight. 

Patrick reports the children and Lindsay playing in the snow and she was sending him pictures where he worked in the basement, was she asking him to join them?  

There will be no accusations here, this is mere speculation and questions that need answers. 

What took place in the Clancy household in the afternoon?

Did Lindsay discover an affair? 

Was there an altercation, a threat of taking the children, what drove Lindsay to wrap exercise bands around the necks of her children? Something she must have witnessed during deliveries.  Babies born with umbilical cords wrapped around their necks is more common than we would like to imagine.  

Is Lindsay suffering from PTSD? 

Is the reason she wanted to delay returning to work because she wanted to spend her time with her children and watch them grow and all the time her mind is having flash backs.  Why did the psychiatrists remain so clinical speaking only of her moods and her behaviour and medication.  Lindsay was worried about Callum and not taking the bottle, she took her children to regular doctors appointments and check-ups.   She was desperately afraid of hurting her children, slapping, or reacting angrily to their behaviour.  She wanted to be a good calm parent.  

Then we have the damage to Lindsay.  It would be hard to prove that was self inflicted.  I have crushed a cigarette on my arm in sheer temper due to too many demands on me, I don't know if I could inflict such pain on myself.  The Wi-Fi was not working.  Impossible it was required for work.  Lindsay body temperature 82.1 when the outside temperature was 38 deg F. Would require she was in snow 4 to 5 hours.  Her apple watch records her heart rate at 50 beats per min at 5.23.  Patrick is in the house emailing.  

His clothes change from boots to sneakers to boots?? 

Time discrepancies. 

There seems to be a lot going on in Patricks mind and Lindsay hanging from a bedroom window or tossed out of one, is something the police need to investigate.  The violence is too violent and I know you know what I mean, after years and months advocating something pushed Lindsay over the edge.  Perhaps the knowledge that your partner the man you trusted was no longer invested in your marriage.  Why was a full investigation not conducted?  Why was Lindsay treated as a single mother during her trial? Both partners are responsible for the protection and well fair of their children.  Patrick walked out of that house knowing what he was returning too.  He purchased skittles along with the medication, was the skittles ever located, because sugar helps the body function under stress.  

I would have deeply appreciated the couple being charged with the deaths of their children, seems many heard her cry for help, but pills with a list of do's and don'ts were thought adequate.  Patrick failed to hire a nanny when he saw her spiralling.  

Investigate her mental health as per PTSD regarding her job.  Who's used the work out room, not Lindsay because one of the side effects of depression is the need to be still, to stare out into space and be unable to exercise.  Chores are challenging, every day activity is almost impossible.  

You deserved so much better Lindsay however Cora, Dawson and Callum deserved their fathers full protection.
